Herbed Quinoa

Ingredients

2 cups cooked quinoa
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
4 tsp chopped parsley
ground pepper to taste

Directions

Combine quinoa, lemon juice, basil, thyme, and parsley in a medium bowl, mix well.
Season with pepper if desired.
