Ingredients:
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 Cup cucumbers, sliced or chopped
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine tomatoes and cucumber in medium bowl
- Sprinkle with salt
- Add Olive Oil and lemon juice, mix well
